The driver didn't show up and I didn't get my money back.

The driver did not appear. He claimed I gave him the wrong time. Another receptionist greeted me. Although I confirmed that I was not wrong with the dates, the service provider insists that the inconvenience was caused by me. I had no additional cost. However, I spent more than 90 minutes waiting for the solution. frustrating. I am canceling all reservations with this platform.
