Juan Carlos was our guide and he was amazing gave us so much history and facts about Panama City that really made this tour worth it. He also made sure to take us to the Canal at a time when the boat would actually be passing through. Van was comfortable and picked us up from our hotel, they provided cold water and snacks as well along the way.

Super easy pickup, great timing to see the ships passing through the Canal (with great advice to hold your spot near the end of the balcony because woah people will try to shove you to get a picture), knowledgeable and very easy going to talk to. Very fortunate to have a small group of three to tour so the four of us got to chat and laugh and share bits of ourselves that would likely get lost in a bigger group. Everything was very smooth. Highly recommend.

Roberto was an excellent guide, funny and full of interesting insights (unlike some guides who just monotone recite boring facts and figures). This was the perfect way to get to know the city and discover what to come back to later on, and his knowledge helps you get the most out of a half day tour.
