Full description
After rendezvousing with your guide at the meeting point, you'll head to the Piazza Giuseppe Verdi, the seat of the Teatro Massimo and the third largest theater in Europe — as well as a filming location for the Godfather Part 3. From there, follow your guide to the "Cala", the oldest port of the city, before continuing to the characteristic "Ballarò" markets. Inside these markets you'll have time to buy some souvenirs before you make your way back to your car. Resume your drive and admire the beautiful Cathedral and Palazzo dei Normanni. During the journey, you'll have time to stop to take pictures from the small interior of the cars. Walk around the beautiful gardens of La Zisa, a 12th-century palace built towards the end of the Norman Kingdom. Then, stop at one of the oldest bars in Palermo, where you can sample cannoli or cassata, two of Palermo's most famous treats.  Your experience will involve all of the tastes, colors, and sounds that this region is renowned for, with the added bonus of experiencing it all in a novelty car, the Fiat 500.

We had a great time on this vintage Fiat 500 tour! We went all over with a mix of small city streets and the highway. We stopped at a street food market, several churches/piazzas, up to Monreale, and the nearby beach as well. The cars were very popular with everyone who saw them and also easy to drive. Thanks Salvo and Marco!

An experience of a lifetime! Such fun driving through the small streets and waving to the locals! We visited two small towns as well, no fellow was a pretty beach side town . The car was super! Easy to drive and the local drivers seemed to love seeing it too . Salvo was super helpful , bought us some local pastry which was delicious! A Realy great 3 hour experience ! Totally recommend

We had a fantastic time! Being Brits we were initially nervous about driving on the right hand side of the road but we were fine. We followed Salvo's car in front which really helped us navigate and took us on some really interesting routes around the city. We managed to squeeze in Monreale (including getting out to see the cathedral) and Mondello beach within the time. If you want someone to explain everything you can hire a guide as well as the driver which would make an especially good experience. As we had already been on a walking tour earlier that day, Salvo was enough for us. He was also so kind and left us some snacks and water in the car as well as taking lots of great photos for us on his phone. The Fiat 500 is great little car and was fun to open up the roof to pose for photos (very Instagram friendly). An experience I would highly recommend. 5 stars!
