This was an excellent tour of a beautiful theater. Exchanging the GYG voucher for a ticket was easy. The staff at the Teatro Massimo’s ticket office was friendly, and the tour started right on time. Our group’s size was ideal (less than 20 people) and our guide was a very knowledgeable, professional and personable young woman. She flawlessly conducted the tour in Italian and English and she graciously answered all the participants questions. I highly recommend this tour.
