This 2-hour tour is ideal for those who do not have enough time to travel to one of the wineries, many of them far from the city of Palermo. Inside a peaceful and relaxing home environment you can enjoy tasting original Sicilian wines, including Frappato, Nero d'Avola, Catarratto, Grillo, Anzonica (Insolia), and Grecanico. All wines will be happily combined with the best Sicilian cheeses, including Primo Sale, Caciocavallo fresco, Ricotta infornata, Canestrato, Vastedda del Belice, and Tuma persa. Enjoy sampling the wines and cheese, served with good black bread from Castelvetrano or Monreale and a rich mixed salad. Patrizia is a most gracious and delightful hostess. She was so helpful in arranging transportation to and from the meeting point, which was much appreciated on such a hot day! We learned a lot about wines , grapes and cheeses of Sicily. Our time spent together was priceless - good food, great wines, lively conversation and lots of laughter . What more could we ask for?! I thought no we have found a new friend and plan to return sooner than later to enjoy more time with Patrizia! Mille Grazie!!

This ended up being a private wine & cheese tasting for my husband and me. Outstanding!! Patrizia is knowledgeable, welcoming and has a great sense of humor. We learned a lot; smiled a lot; and would definitely recommend this tour to anyone with a few free hours in Palermo!!

Delightful location in central Palermo and our splendid host Patrizia was both knowledgeable and absolutely charming. She introduced us to a range of very pleasant and fascinating Sicilian wines along with a number of delicious local cheeses. We had a wonderful time and also learnt a great deal. Her home made snacks and deserts were absolutely mouth watering.
