  • Santorini: Volcanic Islands Cruise with Hot Springs Visit

    1. Santorini: Volcanic Islands Cruise with Hot Springs Visit

Sail from Athinios Port to small islands that are home to volcanos, hot springs and traditional villages. Stop at Nea Kameni and take the path to the crater of the active volcano. Enjoy free time to explore the island. Next, head to Palea Kameni, and swim in the hot springs. Return to the boat for a short sail to Thirassia, where you’ll have free time to explore. Visit Manolas, accessed by winding stairs, or by a donkey ride up to the village. There is the option of extending the tour in Oia to admire the panoramic views and a spectacular sunset. This option is running from 1 May to 21 September. Depending on the option chosen, the duration of the tour is 6 or 10 hours. If this option is selected, after the end of the boat ride you will be transferred to Oia. Please meet your bus at the meeting point 15 minutes after the sunset.

Fun day. It was a little chaotic getting the correct bus on the way back, but otherwise there were no issues.

  • Santorini: Premium Catamaran Cruise with Fresh BBQ & Drinks

    2. Santorini: Premium Catamaran Cruise with Fresh BBQ & Drinks

Climb aboard the 74-foot Ocean Voyager or the 80-foot Tahiti catamaran for a 5-hour sunset cruise around Santorini in the Aegean Sea. Set off on a journey of discovery that will first take you to the hot springs, then the Red Beach and finally the White Beach. You will start at the Ammoudi Port of Oia or at your hotel, if you upgrade to include a hotel pickup and drop-off service, and set sail for beautiful Red Beach to swim and snorkel for 30 minutes. Continue to a secluded White Beach, only accessible from the sea, for more swimming and snorkeling in the shadow of the towering white cliffs. Onboard the catamaran, savor a barbecue supper of salads and grilled meat and veggie options. Continue sailing inside the crescent-shaped Caldera, close to the volcano, and enjoy a final dip in the Hot Springs, before sailing back to Oia as the day ends with a spectacular sunset.

My husband and I had so much fun on this catamaran trip. The views were gorgeous and we stopped twice to get in the water which was so much fun. They barbecued on the boat so we had a delicious, fresh meal. The sunset was obviously the highlight, and it was so special to see it from the water. They also brought us a special cocktail while we watched the sunset. It was also a huge bonus that they pick you up and drop you off as well since transportation to the port can be kind of tricky. Highly recommend!!

Amazing experience! Food was delicious and crew was wonderful. This was the highlight of our whole time in Santorini. My only complaint is the size of the group was a little large for the size of the boat during covid times. We had to sit side by side, squeezed together to accommodate the 20 people.

Arrive at the Athinios Port in Santorini and step aboard the traditional boat, King Thiras, named after the surrounding region of Thira. Sit back and relax as your cruise begins an 8-hour journey through the Aegean Sea. Your trip starts as you set sail toward the island of Nea Kameni, which is uninhabited and home to an active volcano. For the price, at least the volcano entrance and eventually also the lunch could have been included. They pratically just dropped us off in different places (volcano, hot springs, Thriasia and Oia).

This private sunset catamaran cruise departs in the morning or afternoon from Ammoudi and takes you and your friends or family on a private trip inside the caldera of Santorini. This tour begins with an awe-inspiring trip to the volcano, a true miracle of nature, and continues with a therapeutic swim and a natural spa in the renowned Hot Springs, where the sea water is significantly warmer than in Santorini and is mixed with sulfur, offering a unique mud bath to swimmers! Paulo and Katarina were amazing hosts -- friendly, helpful, great sailors and great cooks! Of all the money I spent in Santorini (too much!), this was probably the best value. Paying up for the PRIVATE catamaran tour gives you the flexibility to choose your destinations, how long you stay at each, etc. For example, we were able to go to the white Island, swim up to its beach and spend nearly an hour there swimming and exploring the island. Apparently, because of the wind, this is a rarity. We were the only people on the island or even anywhere near. It was a true paradise experience.

  • Santorini Caldera: Catamaran Cruise with Lunch/Dinner & Bar

    7. Santorini Caldera: Catamaran Cruise with Lunch/Dinner & Bar

Start your relaxing sunset cruise from old port Ammoudi and make a visit to Thirassia Island. Set sail to Palea Kameni for a swim at the famous Hot Springs, stop by the volcano for snorkeling or swimming, and see the Black Rock of the Indian, the White Beach, and the Red Beach. While sailing along the beautiful coastline, feel breathless as you admire the unique Caldera and the spectacular colors of the world–famous Santorinean sunset, before you enter the port of Vlychada. Opt to include either lunch or dinner served on board, complete with an open bar.

The cruise was excellent, staff very informative and the lunch was delicious. The bar had only one beer and one white wine to choose from but many soft drink options. Only reason we give 4 stars is the company never contacted us about pick up time/place as they were supposed to. We needed to call up ourselves the morning of the booking.
