If there is a Q outside it is for people buying tickets, you must go to the person at the door waving your pass. It is very badly managed if it is busy. I got in on time though and loved the view. It’s an easy climb compared to lots of others.

Spectacular I would say, even if you could not go up after arriving at the bells for work.
