You need to purchase a tour guide ticket for admission since the building is actually key used by politicians. The people at the ticket desk were very helpful and accommodating. My guest and I are bilingual English and Spanish. Even though we originally purchased tickets for the tour in English, we were able to join the tour in Spanish since it was scheduled to occur earlier. Our tour guide was wonderful as well. It was a gorgeous building with so much history.

The clerk at the reception did not recognize the getyouguide tickets initially and made no effort to help us. She was not polite. She started helping other customers. We had printed tickets but she did not accept them. It took us a while to make my cell work and finally get to the application tickets. When I finally got to the tickets I had to raise my voice to remember her that I was there before all the people she was helping, people that had arrived after we got there.

The site is beautiful and if you are a student they give you a discount through this application that always comes in handy. You cannot enter without a guide and you have to go to specify the time in advance since the tours are limited (we were recommended to go in the morning to arrange for the afternoon).
