We had a great day with Thierry. He was profressional, thorough and flexible. He went out of his way to help with my dad who was on crutches and assisted us in getting into Versailles quickly. His driver was helpful and profressional and the van itself was clean and comfortable. A bit tight for 7 of us plus the driver and thierry but we had AC and were able to store things in van when we didn’t need them on stops. Thierry was a wealth of knowledge on our stops and had videos and digital materials for us as well as local music to listen to. While he offered to come into the stops with us, we declined because most of us had been before. He spoke at length in the van about each stop and shared info about the area. He talked about Monet’s paintings and gave us personal stories on the background of one of his paintings that we would see in Monet’s house. He was very personable and fun. We highly recommend him to anyone considering a private tour for Giverny and Versailles.

I had a wonderful time visiting Versailles as a solo traveler I didn’t want to hassle with taking the train and guiding myself. Julien was a very professional, friendly guide and very well educated in Art and History. He picked me up in a nice car from my hotel to Versailles where we first stopped to walk around a very charming farmer’s market be before the palace. He toured me through the gardens and the weather was prefect. There are so many details in the construction of the gardens and it was so interesting to learn about. After we toured the palace and it was absolutely so cool to stand in such a historical site. I appreciated that Julien knew the best places to stand to avoid the pushy crowds. I was in awe of the art and details of the palace. On the way there and back Julien gave me interesting information about the history of Parisian architecture which is so beautiful. He also gave me restaurant recommendations. Book this tour and request Julien!

It was perfect, could not have been better. The only thing I would improve is to have some easily identifiable way to know who we are meeting, for example, a picture of the photographer, or, your photographer is in a blue shirt, etc. Great experience and a great way to remember our time in Paris!

I’m having a great time with the Turbo Pass! The tours have been excellent so far — truly a first-class experience. Hunter has been incredibly responsive to all of my questions, and the Eiffel Tower tour with Sankalp was both entertaining and informative. Highly recommend!

Check in went well despite the crowds. The garden is fabulous- almost too big to take in on a single trip. Not enough restrooms, so crowding at restrooms and cafe was challenging. Loved the musical component. Overall, an amazing experience. High recommend.
