What People Are Saying About Palace of Fine Arts Theater
I was sceptical but...What a fantastic way to see the city, we only had a couple of days in the city and was a way out from Golden Gate Bridge. The two hour tour was included in the combo and was a perfect and such fun way of seeing everything we wanted to. I agree that insurance should be included in price. however on the 2 hour tour our GPS system did not tell us to take the "short cut" therefore we would of continued and cost ourselves a lot of money (1 dollar for every minute late) so watch out for this if you only have 2 hours!!! Couldn't stop for long- only made 1 stop at the bridge and 1 very quickly at east beach. Arrived back with a minute to spare. Next time I'll get a longer tour. Would definitely do it again!!!!!
using GetYourGuide was easy but we don't recommend the 72hour hop on/off in San Francisco as the bus route is too long and a lot of time is wasted getting from one sight to another. Because of this we weren't able to use all of the voucher activities.
The GPS is a must, the Go car was fun and the planned route interesting, they need to tell you up front how long each route takes, we wish we had more than 2 hrs. The package was expensive and should be quoted in Us dollar not euro and include insurance.
So funny to drive around in the city with the gps inside. A great experience! The audio tour on Alcatraz was spectaculare!
This is a great value overall. More night tours should be included. Only 3 per night is not enough. I am thankful we got seats. Also, we were not told about shuttles (direct rides from one location to another without stopping) until mid-way through our 3 day ticket. The main draw back was the buses did not have AC and the few windows that opened, did so only a bit.
