    Full description
Cruise through winding roads on the iconic Hana Highway, also known as the Road to Hana. With roughly 620 curves and 54 one-lane bridges, this epic adventure offers incredible views of the Maui coastline. Along the way, your local guide will "talk story" with you and share more about Hawaii's rich history. Sit back, relax, and enjoy this exciting and memorable tour aboard a spacious mini-bus. Begin your adventure with a local-style breakfast before embarking on your journey to Hana. You will enjoy multiple stops along the route, including the beautiful Ho‘okipa Beach. Stop at Kaumahina State Park, where you can experience breath-taking vistas of the northeast coastline of the island and the Ke‘Anae Peninsula.  From there, travel along the winding roads to Pua‘a Ka‘a State Park, where you can stretch, grab a snack, and take a swim in the refreshing natural spring. Then, cruise over to the gorgeous Wai‘anapanapa beach to explore marvel at the black sand. Once you're in Hana, head down to Hana Bay to enjoy a local-style lunch. This incredible adventure continues around the island to the world-famous Haleakala. From here, you will see scenic ocean views from the top of the mountain, along with tropical rainforest behind you.

This was a long tour, but the lively commentary from our guide made the ride breeze by. The stops were nicely timed and gave us a chance to see the beauty of the area. We sped past some other stops that also looked nice, but given the length of the drive we would t have been able to stop much more than we did. Glad to not have driven on our own!

Kaili and Gardel were great tour guides. Lots of energy, very informative and extremely kind and accommodating. The only thing I’d mention is that the description of the tour wasn’t as accurate as possible. While there was a chance to hike at Black Sand Beach, it was not at all physically demanding. Otherwise, it was great.

Justin our tour guide was Amazing!!! I was with my 75 year old Mother and 2 teenagers. Justin was careful enough on the turns for my Mother but was adventurous enough for the teens. Our road to Hana was our last day on the island and it was by far our favorite adventure. One site after another. We saw the beautiful waterfalls, rainbow eucalyptus trees, the black sand beach and lava tube (my favorite place!), ate at Aunty Sandy's for her delicious banana bread, visited the bee farm with the most breath taking view overlooking the ocean and great conversations along the way. Justin was so knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you Justin for our special day. Can't wait to come back. Maui is so beautiful
