We will begin this adventure at Hookipa Beach where we will have the opportunity to see the Hawaiian green sea turtles some waves up to 40 feet high in the winter time and if we get lucky, we can see the rare Hawaiian monk seal. This first stop allows a restroom opportunity. We will be here for about 10 to 15 minutes. Our second stop takes us to the Keanae peninsula. This is the oldest community on the island of MAui dating back over 1000 years. They have been harvesting tarot here ever since people have been here. You can still see Taro beds growing today. We will also have the opportunity to go to aunt Sandy’s for her famous banana bread. We also have the opportunity to explore the arboretum. Here is arboretum has been been here for 50 years and has the largest trees on the island of MAui.. Our next stop takes us to Pua Kaa Falls. You will have the opportunity to watch get in or for the adventurous. You may even jump in off of the waterfall here which is about 20 feet high. If you want to get wet, please bring clothes with you. There is a bathroom here to change into them. If you want to bring water shoes to get into the water there is an opportunity. The bottom is rough here so most people, barefoot find that they probably prefer to have a shoe on . On the way back, we will stop at our last stop at the Wailua Falls overlook here. We will have a chance to look down upon the other part of the Keanae peninsula and see the famous white church that is built out of coral. This is a great spot to grab some photos some days that you can see as many as six waterfalls at one time from this lookout. I have been doing tours for seven years in this area. I used to take 24 people at a time but now I just have you my group of six. I will take photos at certain spots and if you wanna photo just let me know also, I will put these photos into a video and send things to you later as well please if you have any questions, contact me and I will answer them to the best of my ability .

This amazing tour brings you on the road to Hana and continues a little further past halfway to Hana. This six and a half hour round trip tour as much easier than the full day tour to Hana and gives you just about everything you want. We stopped at the painted gum trees, a lookout over the Keanae Peninsula, then we stop at a black sand beach. We then stopped at Keanae which was established in 1896 for a full view of the amazing ocean waves which it's famous for, including it's Taro fields that the hawaiians held sacred and is still being grown today. Your tour guide brings you to a lookout of the Wailua Valley and small town overlook. You may feel that this is paradise, and you're right. Our next stop is Pua A Kaa wayside for a possible dip in a cherished waterfall. We stop Stop at the Halfway to Hana store for lunch and banana bread, and Kahlua Pork sandwiches or other sandwiches. Don't miss Rosalani ice cream, a local favorite as well. There are several stops for restrooms provided by the county of Maui. We end our tour with a stop to see giant Hawaiian Green sea turtles basking in the sun. Since this is halfway To Hana, you'll find this tour to be exciting and not repetitive. There are many hairpin turns that your professional driver which has many great reviews over all the years of driving makes you feel safe. We use Lincoln Navigators which has an excellent seating configuration and very comfortable ride.

It was a chance of a lifetime!! Experiencing this with my kids was incredible and it will forever be one of our favorite memories while visiting Maui🌺 Everything about the experience was amazing!!
