Full description

Pre-book your admission ticket to Upper Antelope Canyon and witness a masterpiece of nature's uncanny craftsmanship as you embark on a visual feast for your senses. Enjoy a scenic ride to the canyon before venturing on a guided walking tour with a Navajo local.

Start your trip with a scenic ride to the canyon (approximately 10 minutes on a paved road and 10 minutes within the dry wash of the Antelope Canyon). Listen as your guide explains the canyon's geology, cultural history, and modern issues on the way.

Upon arrival at the site, you’ll step into the desert and enter a fantasy world in stone. For photographers, with proper exposures, you can bring out the best in your own creativity. For aspiring or non-photographers alike, there is a magical new world to explore and immerse yourself in.

Experience rich and deep colors in the morning and afternoon and marvel at the famous light beams that occur mid-day from April to September. On your guided walk, you'll get to fully take insights that you can only witness at this canyon, located at Page, Lake Powell.

Everything went smoothly for our tour. Antelope Canyon is a busy tourist location but these people know what they are doing! Everything ran like clockwork. Our tour guide, Oscar, was friendly, funny, informative, and very helpful in showing us the optimal way to use our phones for the best pictures and showed us the best spot for pictures. Thanks to him, I came home with several photos I plan to print and frame! Two things to keep in mind. The time zones in Page, AZ, and the surrounding areas can wreak havoc with your phone. Make 100% certain that your phones/watches are set for the Page, AZ time zone. The Navajo Nation and Utah may be a different time. (This can also apply to dinner reservations!) The easiest way to do this is to Google the time in Page, AZ. Also, The Get Your Guide app is not needed for check-in.

It was spectacular! I was worried that our time later in the day might not be the best, so I stopped by to see if they had another time we could go and they got us right into one starting then! And although it isn’t what’s considered the best time of year to see the canyon, it was amazing! So happy I got to do this! Our guide was wonderful too! She shared so many wonderful tips for pics, shared stories and insights into the canyon. Highly recommend this experience!

Amazing! Our guide Ty was great. He took photos with our phones since he knew exactly where the best spots were. Our favorite: wings. He answered all questions about the Canyon and the Navajo Nation. We were not aware that upon leaving the canyon we would have to walk and climb up and down stairs in the heat, not fun for 70+ people.
