Following pickup from your hotel, your first stop is the fantastic viewpoint of Uchisar Castle. Whilst there, receive information about the rich history of Cappadocia and its unique rock formations. Next up is the Ozkonak Underground City, which was used by early Christians as a shelter to hide themselves against their enemies. Afterwards, take a break for terrific views of Pigeon Valley, where your guide informs you about carved pigeon houses. You are then gifted some time to enjoy lunch. Following lunch, visit the Devrent Valley, where you can take fantastic pictures with the area's animal-shaped rock formations. You then visit Pasabag, commonly known as Monks Valley. There you have the chance to see the famous mushroom-shaped fairy chimneys, as well as the St. Simeon’s Monk Cell carved into the rock. Towards the end of your tour, visit the Goreme Open-Air Museum. Drive to the Red Valley of Cappadocia for the start of this full-day tour to see some of the classic highlights of this unique landscape, formed from soft volcanic stone. Departing central Cappadocia in the morning, drive to one of the most spectacular valleys for a 3-mile (5-kilometer) hike to discover the rock-cut churches of the Gulludere Valley. Continue to the village of Cavusin on the road between Avanos and Göreme, and visit its namesake old village, which was abandoned several decades ago due to avalanches. Admire the church of St. John the Baptist on the top of the hill, and the barrel-vaulted Nicephorus Phocas Church. The houses here are built around the settlement's nearly 100 tunnels and are still in use today as storage areas, stables, and cellars.

Özkonak Underground City is a quaint underground settlement located near the village of Özkonak (15 kilometers north of Avanos). The site is pleasant to visit because it is clean, well-developed. Zelve open air museum resembles a vast monastic complex composed of scores of refectory monasteries placed side-by-side, each with its own fantastic church. It is obviously the first sight to be visited by any traveler in Cappadocia, standing as it does in the very center of the region with easy access from all directions. It is only 15 minutes walk (1.5km, 1 mile) from Goreme village center. It contains the finest of the rock-cut churches, with beautiful frescoes (wall paintings) whose colors still retain all their original freshness. It also presents unique examples of rock hewn architecture and fresco technique. We set off to Uçhisar Güvercinlik Valley so that you can get the unique view and historical information of Cappadocia. After this experience, we set off to Uçhisar Castle, which has a historical texture. The Cavusin village will be your next stop. Make the most of this trip to see an abandoned village and its Greek Houses.  Take some time for lunch in Avanos before visiting a pottery shop, and learn how to make potteries and seramics. Move on to Pasabag, a sacred place and home to many monks. In Pasabag, prepare to see some of the largest fairy chimney rock formations, with two or three caps each.  Finally, stop at Devrent Valley and marvel at its rock formations, shaped like animals, the reason that this place has been nicknamed Imagination Valley. At around 5:00 PM, head back to your hotel.
