I don’t usually leave reviews but after this trip it’s hard not to. Our tour guide, Diana, was just the best and she really does need the recognition she deserves. The pick up was on time and very easy. Throughout the day we didn’t have too long in the mini bus at a time as we had lots of informative stops, the day was planned perfectly with the right amount of stops. After reading some reviews, I didn’t know if I would get bored at the jet boat stop as it was over an hour. But wow, the couple who own it have put in so much effort and it was amazing. You can go on the jet boats, the jet boat museum, they have set up a nature walk, feed the sheep, there’s a shop and you can get drinks and food there. It’s also nice to just sit and relax by the river, it’s clear how much work they have put in! Throughout the day Diana gave us so many interesting facts and stopped at all the best places. She was very accommodating and would stop at any views we wanted to. Thankyou so much Diana!!!!

Weather at Arthur's Pass was awful but that in no way spoilt the trip. Jet boat ride was spectacular and scenery on route lovely. Courier was very friendly and informative throughout. Train journey back brilliant, although Kiwi Rail at Arthur's Pass were very disorganised. Excellent trip.

Michelle was lovely, friendly and helpful but new to the trip. Unfortunately this meant there wasn't commentary on the trip. I know with experience this will improve. We had a wonderful time 😉

The guide Paul was great Castle Hill was amazing as was the experience at the jet boat place and the train ride back into Christchurch was very scenic.

The train ride back our tour guide was pleasant and informative plus
