The sauna is located at the end of the pier/floating dock at Strandpromenaden, Tjuvholmen, 0252 Oslo. You can search “Mad Goats Tjuvholmen” on Google maps.

Know before you go
- You will be sent a confirmation code with date, time, and location of booking. You have booked our sauna “Bragi”. Make sure to use this sauna - you will see the name printed on the outside of the sauna.
- Saunas are self service, meaning they are not staffed. You will receive a code to open the sauna in booking confirmation and instructions in how to light the sauna oven.
- Bring two towels, one to sit on and one to dry yourself
- There is no shower between the months October - April, but the water in Tjuvholmen is the cleanest in Oslo
- Please remember to not put salt water on the sauna oven
- Be kind and considerate to other sauna users, be safe, and do not drink more than 3 standard drinks during you visit. This sauna session is public, meaning you will be sharing the sauna with others.
