There were no guides so you were on your own to download the recommended app and follow along on the scenic route. We chose to just enjoy the sites and try to identify the landmarks which was more fun. It was recommended to bring warm jackets. Many did not and had to go inside but we did bring all necessary outer wear and got to enjoy the full experience on the upper deck. This was exactly the experience we wanted.

I did a mistake while booking and booked one more ticket than intended. When contacting the support they told me that I couldn't cancel the one I did by mistake due to the policy. However after some discussion they changed their mind which is a great handling of customers. Thanks and the trip was nice as well 😊

It was a really lovely two-hour boat ride through the Fjord. There are speakers playing an English-language recording that explains what you are seeing. I did it on a Monday, when most museums are closed, anyway, and it was a great way to see things you could not otherwise see.
