Continue to the exclusive residential and recreational Holmenkollen area, famous for the stunning Ski Jump, built on top of the hill, and for the panoramic vistas over the city and the fjord. Then, get in touch with the art of the most prolific Norwegian sculptor, Gustav Vigeland, as you stroll through its impressive Sculpture Park comprising more than 200 groups of sculptures cast in bronze or carved in granite. Conclude the tour by visiting two of the most popular museums in Oslo, beautifully located on the picturesque Bygdøy Peninsula. The Norwegian Folk Museum with its impressive outdoor collection of old Norwegian houses and a picture-perfect Stave Church will be visited in the summer.

Then, visit the Fram Museum, where you will learn about the impressive Norwegian polar expeditions and see the strongest polar ship ever built, which sailed farthest North and farthest South than any other ship.

Our guide (Deinaa) was knowledgeable and gave us good time to explore the places on our own. The places of visit covered in this trip (Holmenkollen Ski park, Vigeland Sculpture park, Visit to Museums and panoramic view of the city with guide telling us about the place and history) was insightful and good experience. Very few tour options during winter and I am glad that I found this trip.

This was an excellent tour. I went with my 13 year old daughter and she really enjoyed it as well. The stops were all interesting and it was well paced. The coach was comfortable and well driven. It would be better if it had wifi available. Our tour guide was lovely and very informative but she was extremely fast at leaving the coach and rushing off at each stop which meant that the last people off the coach often had no idea where she'd gone and often missed what time to return etc. She needs to be more mindful that everyone is with her before she disappears each time. Other than that, I would totally recommend it to anyone wanting an interesting and diverse overview of Oslo.

The tour was varied and we received exciting information, but the German audio guide was only on the bus, everything outside was in English, it wasn't noted anywhere. The stay in the museum was far too short, according to the guide's explanations, there was only about 15 minutes to discover something on your own, far too little.
