My Wife and I have lived in Europe for Three Years, and taken tours of Talinn, Helsinki, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Rome, Krakow, Prague, Budapest, Bratislava, Florence, and Berlin. This Oslo trip was probably the flattest tour we have been on. First, the tour really covered little of Oslo sites (only the Opera House and an Old Fort) and the guide was pretty much personality free. The tour was cheap, but you get what you pay for
