With the in-depth study of asana, pranayama, meditation, breathing, chanting, and philosophy, you will exit this course with the required abilities to embark on your spiritual journey. We provide yoga courses and training to assist you in understanding the many facets of yoga. Additionally you will also get a reiki healing therapy. Reiki is a powerful low of energy that brings an immediate realization of relief by relaxing the tension, reducing the impact of stress.
