Saya was an excellent guide! She first started with the stone wall construction tour that just opened in April that most other tourists miss. That was fantastic. She also made sure that our elderly grandparents (in their 80s) could access the elevators in the main Osaka castle, so they didn’t have to walk the stairs. Saya made the experience for all of us a great one from logistical to historical explanations. Her English was also excellent. We would highly recommend her to any families looking for a great experience at the Osaka Castle.
