Third time going over the past couple years. We've always enjoyed the experience. Each time, someone from the family, either the adult or child, has been chosen to help participate in the show. It's nice that the show is interactive with the guests. All in all, a good family experience.

I was disappointed witht the parking fee revelataion after we entered the building. We probably would have paid it anyway but it was just popped on us, especially since we entered in (lead by google maps) to the back gate. The pictures were way over priced so we did not even consider them. I'd suggest a re-vamp of that concept. All digital photos for say $30.00. You could pre-sale. I think that you'd get more business. The main street area seems more of a pack in room. Find a way to double it and spend so o\money to emprove the ambience. That being said, the show was great. The actors were fun and talented. The sound system left something to be desired. I could not understand a lot. I loved the the audience paticipation option. It was fun to cheer for them also. I did enjoy the menu and the appetizeer option. The bathroom was very small for the after show rush. I might come back with the grandkids. I'm not sure that I would bring my high school group though.

Using this app was supper easy and made my trip worth it all around. I was able to book now and pay later. When the time came for my trip I was in a car wreck, my kids and I were not hurt thankfully. They happily pushed my reservation back to accommodate my kids and I and I was so grateful!
