The drivers were more than happy to assist with the boarding of our electric mobility scooter. Unlike some of the LYNX busses that drove straight past and one that pulled up saw the scooter and pulled away nearly trapping my hand in the door (lynx 350 at stop 27 north) The pass is well worth the money, we have used the trolley everyday. We purchased the 14 day pass for four adults and one child making it easy to access the whole of international drive

It was good however, their bus schedule is not reliable at all. There were times we had to wait a very long time, including a 40 minute wait! That’s definitely not fun when you have a young child and 2 teenagers with you. There were also a couple of times we walked (like to restaurants that were a stop away from where we were) and other times we took the Lynx which seemed to be more on schedule. I gave a 4 star because the Trolleys were always clean and the drivers were always nice. Other than that, I don’t think it was really worth getting a Trolley pass due to the unreliability—and having to wait long for it and/or walk during an August heat wave, which was no fun at all!

Instead of getting a rental car, we got 2 5 day unlimited passes for $10/each. It was the right choice. The Trolley was dependable. It takes you to shopping areas, restaurants and entertainment. They were air conditioned and clean. I would recommend using the trolley and saving money to do all the entertainment and food offered.
