As our ship docked an hour late we we were really pleased to find the tour guide waiting for us, as we had no means of contacting them due to no Internet access. The tour guide, Jonny, was very good, gave us lots of background information about the Island of Aruba as well as plenty of time at the various stopping points. Tour very good value for money and we'd certainly use them again.

Peter was an excellent guide. Smoothly handling the traffic and at the same time being fully knowledgeable about Aruba. We also lucked-out as we tourists booked our tour on an island holiday so we had what amounted to a chauffeured drive with one on one access for all our questions. Great experience. Three hours was really fine and enough.

The tour itself was fine and our driver/guide was friendly and informative. So, it is a good value for the money. However, the administrative aspect of the tour can use some improvements. While already on board our cruise ship, I received an e-mail stating the tour meeting time to be 45 minutes later than the tour starting time printed on my original tour reservation sheet (i.e. 8:30AM vs 7:45AM). That really caused me some confusion. Since I had wi-fi on board, I was able to write to the local operator and found out that the 8:30AM notice was incorrect for cruise ship customers. But about 6 other cruise ship travelers did arrive about 30 minutes later since they thought the departure was was changed to 8:30AM. I ran into a similar problem while on a tour during a cruise to Iceland. It seems tour aggregators that subcontracts tours to local operators are sometimes not careful and specific about the exact meeting place & time for cruise passengers.
