. Transfer from Flores Guatemala to Caye Caulker Belize includes Bus Service and Boat Service . We board at 6:00 in Flores . Immigration forms will be issued to enter Belize . Tickets will be given for the boat that will transport us from Belize City to Caye Caulker or San Pedro Amberguis . Information on the mechanism of the trip will be given . We drove for two hours to get to the Guatemalan border with Belize . At the border, it is necessary to get off the bus for immigration procedures . Immigration and Customs procedures are personal as well as baggage handling . If any Passenger has any problem with Immigration, a waiting time of 20 minutes will be given. . We boarded the bus again and continued for approximately two and a half hours to get to Belize City, specifically to San Pedro Belize Express Water Taxi . At San Pedro Belize Express Water Taxi we check our boat tickets and get our boarding pass . We board the boat at the nearest exit, the journey is approximately 50 minutes to reach our destination Caye Caulker and for San Pedro Amberguis an hour and a half . Meet at the beachfront of Lily's Treasure Chest Restaurant in the morning at 8am, look for one of our Team Members in our Yellow Ridge and Reef Adventures Shirt who will give you instructions and get you checked in for your adventure. Get geared up and depart for Hol Chan Marine Reserve. After a refreshing boat ride, arrive at the Marine Park. Enjoy 45 minutes to an hour to snorkel and explore this vibrant underwater world teeming with flora and fauna. Then, cruise to Shark and Ray Alley. Test your nerves and swim with nurse sharks that range between 3 and 12 feet in length. Keep an eye out for a variety of species, such as horse-eyed jacks, snappers, and much more. This experience lasts anywhere from 20 minutes to 45 minutes, depending on you. Climb aboard once again and make your way to Coral Gardens. Snorkel above vast and breathtaking coral formations that serve as a home to many species of fish, including loggerhead turtles. Continue to the North Channel, near Caye Caulker. Here, catch a glimpse of manatees, eels, nurse sharks, and other beautiful flora and fauna. Snorkel for about 30 to 45 minutes. If you are unable to see manatees here, you will be guided to another location in search of these gentle giants.  Make a stop on the leeward side of Caye Caulker to feed large but gentle fish called tarpons or silver giants. Visit a sea horse sanctuary to look for these small but beautiful sea creatures. Stop at a local restaurant in the afternoon and savor a warm Belizean lunch. Then, enjoy free time to explore the village at your own pace. Visit the split caused by Hurricane Hatti, one of the strongest hurricanes of 1961. Depart Caye Caulker in the late afternoon for a return transfer to San Pedro.

Discover the wide variety of lush marine life in the Hol Chan Marine Reserve. Get your heart racing by snorkeling with sharks and stingrays on the second-largest barrier reef in the world. Meet your group at the meeting point on Caye Caulker island, then take a 30-minute boat ride along the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef to the Hol Chan Marine Reserve. Hol Chan has been a marine reserve since May 2, 1987, and covers almost 7 square miles (18 square kilometers). Some areas are only about 5 feet (around 1.5 meters) deep, while the channel is about 30 feet (just over 9 meters) deep. Once at the reserve, choose whether to observe the abundant marine life from the boat or take the adrenaline rush of jumping in and exploring the amazing underwater world. If snorkeling, keep on the lookout for brain coral, star coral, sharks, stingrays, turtles, pufferfish, eels, parrotfish, angel fish, barracuda, and even the seasonal manatee. Spend around 45 minutes exploring the vast variety of fish species at the first site. Follow this with the opportunity to snorkel with sharks and stingrays in Shark Ray Alley, then enjoy snorkeling with the majestic sea turtle. At the end of the tour, head back to the peaceful island of Caye Caulker where you began.

Immerse yourself into the Belizean culture and journey back into 1000 years of history of the Mayan world on a guided day tour. Explore the wonders of the Mayans, their cave systems, the local flora, and enjoy cave tubing and ziplining. Begin with a pickup from your hotel in Belize City or by taking the ferry from Caye Caulker/San Pedro to Belize City. After meeting your guide, explore the Mayan Temple Altun ha, hike to the top and hear fascinating facts about the site and the Mayan world from your guide. Head deeper into the jungle towards the cave systems with a 15-20 minutes hike following a trail to the cave entrance. Cave tube down a river through several caves and marvel at the stunning surroundings and Mayan artifacts. Lastly, zipline over the jungle canopy before returning to Caye Caulker/San Pedro/ Belize City in the evening after a truly memorable Belizean experience.

Meet your guide at the Cruise Ship Terminal or at your hotel lobby, depending on the option selected. Relax as you board an air-conditioned vehicle that will set off for the caves on a 1-hour narrated tour of the country and local customs. For cruise passengers, choose to include an additional ziplining activity when booking and zoom across the lush rainforest canopy prior to the kayaking adventure. When you arrive at the national park, get kitted out with helmets, jackets, lights, paddles. Begin the forest nature walk to the riverside where the kayaks are located, making 3 river crossings along the way. Choose from a single or tandem kayak then get out onto the water.  As you begin to kayak, head upstream towards the caves, admiring the formations and practicing your paddling. Stop at a scenic location for a swim in a natural pool. Then, paddle downstream through a network of 5 caves encountering rapids, stalactites, stalagmites, and a waterfall along the way. Eventually, exit the caves and continue paddling downstream with sunshine hitting your face. Enjoy the scenery and listen to the birds, until you arrive at the parking lot. Finally, board the van and return to Belize City, with drop-off at Cruise Ship Terminal or at your hotel lobby, depending on option selection.
