It was excellent. Signing in at reception was so easy. The service personnel took his time to explain everything. As soon as I sat down there was an attendant ‘ Keith’ who came over & made sure I was comfortable then went ahead & brought me some champagne. Followed by the menu. The food was with me in no time at all. Had access to the shower room to change into something warm for my trip to UK. Really excellent experience. Can’t fault anything.

Lounge is far from the international departure gates and it took us a while to locate it. Check in was easy and all staff attentive and pleasant . Lounge was pretty full so we had to sit in quite low armchairs down the centre of the room . These were a bit low and verging on uncomfortable . And made eating a bit awkward. On arrival after a long domestic journey we were pretty tired and ordered tea . There was no cake or biscuits on the menu . Later we tried a few dishes from the “small plate “ section of the menu . Food was well presented . Personally I would have liked more “small plates” to choose from . We did not feel like eating a big meal . Access to phone charging plugs was restricted in our location but our waiter did find an extension cord . Bathrooms were clean . We had a long wait between our local flight and our international departure. We were certainly able to relax and freshen up before our overnight flight.

WOW what an experience. The minute you arrive at the lounge you are greeted with warmth. Check in doesn’t take long. You are told a waiter will be with you. Keith, our waiter could not do enough for us. Glass empty, there will be another straight away. The food was amazing. For the price, I think it was £30 each was well worth it. The lounge is very comfy. Will definitely use one again.
