I wanted to personally thank our tour guide/driver Al, who was exceptional in hosting the tour. He connected, grounded, very knowledgable of both Toronto and Niagara Falls and had many stories to go w it, which I loved. The tour I would definitely highly recommend, you get your moneys worth. Well organised and very informative w all details I required to attending and having a successful, enjoyable day. Thanks Al for being an awesome Host, also the admin team for keeping me informed. You definitely see all that is Niagara Falls about. BIG thanks again and would highly recommend it to anyone.

A well organised excursion that flowed well. Each element of our tour was as promised and we didn't have to wait about in giant queues to get tickets. Our guide, Brandon, was really helpful and knowledgeable with plenty of wit and banter. He showed us and told us about things that we would never have seen without a guide. Great views from the helicopter, just wish the flight had been little longer.

Trip spoilt by return travel difficulties. Road closed so dropped off at Metro station to travel on rail system that we had not used before. Then rail line works caused us to use a busy and crowded shuttle service and finally walked the final mine because of lack of help from so called information personnel.

For my the touristic bus are incredível because I speak english but for my mom the audio in Spanish are very very boring and have a a half information comparative to English speaker. I love the team all friendly.

Michael was a great tour guide, he was energetic, informative and polite. The tour ran smoothly and on time. I would highly recommend this if you are in the Ontario region. Worth every penny.
