The meal was ok but not such a special experience; fixed menu with no choice but that is what was advertised. The concert venue was easy to find but be aware that you need to visit the venue ticket office when you get there on the night with your GYG voucher to collect your tickets!! We had VIP first row tickets; and worth every penny!! Concert was excellent, great venue, wouldn’t hesitate to do it again but I’d just go for the concert tickets. Well worth it!!

Very pleasant evening, association culture, history and gastronomy. Nice visit to the Santa Croze district. We even went up to the Duomo to finish in style. Our guide Marie Christine was adorable. She gave us lots of advice for the rest of our visit.

Laura is great, very knowledgeable and friendly. She showed us so much about Florence, and I am extremely glad that we have her as our tour guide. Thank you Laura
