The tour guide was very knowledgeable but I had troubles following everything she said because there was a lot of information presented in a dull manner. However the tour is definetly worth it because you learn a lot about history of Prague, not just about the castle itself.

The tour was very well organised and communication before the event was excellent. The app was very useful and so easy to use. Our guide Kristina was excellent as she was very knowledgeable and looked after everyone’s needs very well. There were various ages within the group and she provided information relating to everyone’s needs and interests. She made sure everyone understand all instructions which were always very clear. Her knowledge was extraordinary and she prepared everyone with what to expect before entering each venue. She did not rush us and therefore we went a little over time which was not a problem as the information and the venues were so fascinating. She made sure we all understood how to make our own way back to the bridge and our accommodation. I would highly recommended this tour.

The guide (Voytek?) was refreshingly engaged and interested with the group and any questions. He was knowledgable and didnt seem rushed for a schedule, which is great to see. Officially its 2.5hrs, in reality it was an hour more. The company was helpful with a no worries attitude to a date change due to really stormy weather just as the first tour time/day we booked was about to start 👍.
