We then head out to the streets on a guided mini city orientation tour and pagoda walk, before foraging up some more snacks and heading to a local family-run street stall. This dish is, arguably, the most famous of all Cambodian breakfasts. After a small walk we settle in for our final breakfast, where the produce is grown next to our table, a sign of the the future of Khmer cuisine.
