Dublin Outdoor Escape Game: Alien Invasion

1. Dublin Outdoor Escape Game: Alien Invasion

Explore the Dublin buried beneath your feet, a Dublin of English invaders, run with an iron fist by the Catholic Church and built by the Vikings. Uncover their stories by playing a quest with your friends, significant other, or family. Each clue will lead you from one place to another, giving you exact directions, so you won't need a map, a GPS, or a guide. When you solve it and guess the answer, the secret story of that place is unlocked. After you book the quest, you’ll receive instructions on how to play by e-mail. The tour will take you up to two hours to complete, but there’s no time limit, so go at your own pace. You won't need a guide, just download the app, go to the starting point and be ready to begin the adventure. If you are a large group, one person can purchase access for the entire group by selecting the number of people in the group. All group members will be able to play the city game on their smartphones. Alternatively, each person can purchase their own ticket. You can play as a group and solve the clues together as you walk. Or you can split into smaller groups/teams and compete against the other groups. Each person can also play on their own, separate from the group and meet the group at the end.

The best way to explore a city!!! Very nice story and not obvious tour, to discover small pearls off the most touristic and "famous" routes. It also allows you to have a code in the middle of the game to redeem another treasure hunt for free, so we did another one

We liked it very much. In way to fight the cold, we made a stop at the whisky and Guiness factories. Though we have been doing it on Sunday and most of the shops, churches and facilities were closes. We would recommend to help the alien during the week's day for more fun.

Great way to explore the city. Some of the questions were unclear and there were a few restricted areas that I wasn’t able to find due to a big concert in the area but all in all I had fun.

Well, although the tour passes through a few typical places in the city, and several require payment or reservation to really get to know them.

Nice story to get you to spots in the city. Worth doing it when you’re around Dublin. Gives you some insights into history as well.
