This tour is a must do in Ohrid. We had an amazing day with Nikola, he is happy to let you stop off for swim stops whenever and was happy for us to spend as much time in places we required. He also recommended a few restaurants for lunch and once we had decided he had arranged a table for us right on the water front which was lovely. The whole day was a highlight of our trip so far. To top it all off once we were on our way back Nikola arranged a wine tasting and taxi for us at a local winery. Thank you again, Nikola!

Full description

The cruise covers total distance of 50 kilometers, it takes 2:30 hours each way. It includes Ohrid Old Town, the Presidential residence of Tito, Peshtani village, Museum on water ‘Bay of bones’ (30minutes stop), Trpejca village (nicknamed the St.Tropez of Ohrid), 14th century Church of Mother Mary at Zaum (only accessible by boat and considered the most beautiful virgin beach on the Ohrid Lake, 30 minutes stop for visiting and swimming).

The final stop for 2 hours is at the Monastery of Saint Naum, where you will see the most beautiful and most famous Monastery on the lake, also the crystal clear main freshwater springs feeding the lake as its main source. This part of the shore is the only one with golden-yellow sands beach, same as a seaside.
