We had a wonderful experience. The trains were efficient and we arrived from Tokyo to Hakone effortlessly. Buying the unlimited 2 day transportation pass was essential for exploring the region and taking advantage of the local buses, cable cars and trains. There can sometimes be 20 minute waiting time for the transports which made us late to catch our connection back to Tokyo - and as we had purchased reserved romance car seats we lost those tickets and had to purchase new ones. But overall it was great!

Such a best deal for a short stay in Hakone, I bought a 2 days pass, and it was perfect! You get to use all of the transportation around Hakone with that pass. I will definitely use it again whenever I am back to Hakone!

Great package. easy to redeem in Japan, worked perfectly without any issues. highly recommend if you plan to go to Hakone from Tokyo

Hakone is wonderful, and the Free Pass made everything so easy. Highly recommended!
