Useful but cable was frayed so it didn’t charge so

Using a portable WiFi is a great option and this was super reliable. The battery lasted for a good 10 hours with regular use. The unit got quite hot in our bags and we noticed towards the end of the first week that the cable was a little damaged which meant it didn’t charge properly. We had another with us so used that and it worked fine. As we were travelling around, only staying in a place for a day we didn’t feel it would make sense to exchange the unit or request a new cable as we had the replacement already but I’m sure one could have been arranged if needed. Very reliable service with the unit waiting in our room when we arrived with a return envelope included.

Our trip with Martin was exceptional good. All wishes fulfilled!

We had a four hour trip with Martin and went to the temple and shrine. Martin showed us how to use the underground effectively. Thanks for that! Martin was wonderful, bright and super to talk to. We even were so deep in conversation that we lost our way and went twice without noticing. He had an answer to alI our questions and gave even more detailed information. We recommend taking four hours which means enough space. After he left us we felt light and enthusiastic to conquer Tokyo without any problems and so we did.

Purchased same day tickets which where sold out on official website!

I was determined to see this exhibit on my last day in Tokyo and had forgotten to buy tickets in advanced. I did a quick google search and found same day tickets. We made the mistake of going too early so we killed time in Odaiba before rejoining the queue around 4-5pm when the line moved faster. Although there were a lot of people inside, you could still enjoy the amazing digital art in the 10,000sqft area. Really great for families with toddlers/kids, good area upstairs for them to run around and burn off energy!

Very convenient WiFi solution for travelers

It is a great option for travelers who want to stay connected. We received a package with our device and cords to the hotel, and when our journey was about to end, we just returned it with prepaid and already addressed envelope. Router itself was easy to use, it worked 7-8 hours. Very useful solution! :)

Tokyo for the locals- no crowds, no lines

Honoku was an absolute delight. She selected a location and activity in consultation that was exactly how I envisioned it. Peaceful, interesting and interactive. She was warm, flexible and considerate. Thank you Honoku.
