Then it’s off to Bamboo Beach Club for some fun and sun. Enjoy reggae beats and champagne welcome drinks as your tour guide takes you to the V.I.P section. Relax on padded lounge chairs, sip on specialty cocktails, rum punch, house sodas and lemonade, and enjoy a four-course lunch including jerk chicken and fish, along with other dishes, such as jerk chicken spring rolls with mango chutney, fish tartare, and the chef’s rum raison bread pudding with vanilla ice cream.
