Santiago was an exceptional tour guide! He was incredibly knowledgeable and explained the mezcal-making process in great detail, making it both fascinating and easy to understand. We appreciated that he gave us plenty of time to explore and enjoy the sights without ever feeling rushed. Being in a small group of just six people made the experience even more personal and enjoyable. If you’re looking for an informative, relaxed, and engaging tour, we absolutely recommend Santiago and his driver Álvaro which has an excellent music selection
Our guide Steph was brilliant, really friendly and accommodating. The trip was just the right length, it didn’t feel rushed but you still had enough time. We went on a Friday and the hierve del agua was quite busy so maybe try not to go on a weekend as I imagine it’s very busy. Definitely wear trainers/walking shoe for the hike!
It was very well organized, you still have to plan a day to go there, come back, and do the Mezcal tasting because there is a lot of traffic on the roads. Otherwise I recommend it because it was very beautiful
Adriel was an amazing guide and Carlos was an excellent driver. We had a great time and learned so much about the culture of Oaxaca.
Our guide Adrian was great, very knowledgeable and funny. The driver, Carlos is nice too.
