I would have rated it excellent tour except i had to go the following day. I had received my confirmation email my tour on Mar 2 yet no one came to pick me up at all… I waited past pick up time (half an hour) and called the tour operator then I discovered they never received my request through the app at all… I was extremely not happy as I had to rearrange my plans to accommodate to go on tour the following day. Despite all the confusion, the tour operator on the phone was very pleasant and helpful. Rocky was extremely friendlyand knowledgeable. I enjoyed going to the Dole farm and learned how much effort to cultivate and harvest pineapples. All the independent stores that we visited provided good opportunities to support local businesses. Recommendation: To confirm yourself with the tour operator for reservation. I had another reservation on the app and I called to ensure I was booked properly as well ( which I never had with Viator as a comparison)

The tour guide was very informative, the tour was great. We did not understand the drop off information and got left 2 miles from our hotel. We didn't realize this until the bus was gone. We were able to get a city bus to get back to our hotel after some frantic moments.

Sehr schade.
