Know before you go
- The trip starts from Nusa Penida island, not from Bali. It takes up an hour to get to Nusa Penida by fast boat from Sanur Bali, and up to 30 minutes by fast boat from Lembongan Island.
- Please be aware that there will be some bumpy and narrow roads on Nusa Penida, although they are worth it for the scenery. Penida Island is a relatively new tourist destination, so there may be a language barrier between you and your driver.
