We were picked up at our hotel in the old town by a very personable guide and we were able to discuss our tour goals with her. She informed our group with a lot of history and detailed knowledge and in between also brought in small personal experiences. It was very well prepared with clear slides that contributed a lot to understanding. She answered our questions happily and enthusiastically.

Berndt made us feel welcome, and introduced us to his home town, as only a local can. The walking tour was wonderful, he has his favourite places, many that a visitor would simply miss, so for us he was the perfect host. The leisurely walk, the wealth of information, the passion for Nuremberg, made this a tour not to miss.

Historic old town tour of Nuremberg

My husband and I really enjoyed it. Our advantage is a tour only for the two of us. You could ask questions and it was answered very well. It was a very pleasant time. Since I myself spent my youth in Nuremberg, personal discussions were also possible. Fortunately, no crowds and no button in the ear. I highly recommend a guided tour like we had.
