Cushendun Visit Mary McBride’s pub is which is the home of Door No.8 from Game of Thrones. Explore the Cushendun Caves where parts of the series were also filmed. Stop at the Ruins of Carra Castle or visit Glenmona House and forest grounds. Carrickfergus Town and Carrickfergus Castle Explore one of the oldest towns on the island of Ireland. Visit numerous historic landmarks such as the eponymous Carrickfergus Castle, the oldest Norman castle in Ireland. Visit the Andrew Jackson Cottage, where the parents of the 7th President of the United States were born. Make a stop at the Carrickfergus Museum and learn about the long and distinguished history of the town and surrounding area. After exploring these and other fascinating landmarks, hop back on the bus for a relaxing journey back to central Belfast.
