What an amazing chilled day on the sea. The owners where fabulous and made us feel very welcome. There were only 8 guests altogether which was nice and not crowded at all. The schooner is stunning and the weather was fantastic. We sailed around the bays and snorkelled. We were served tea and biscuits and fresh fruit. Michaela realised we hadn't brought our lunch with us by accident so she rustled something up for us which was lovely of her. Overall a really relaxed day sailing around the bay and taking in the fabulous views. What more could you want.
We booked the afternoon tour for the 27th Feb and turned out to be very lucky as we quickly saw lots of common dolphins. The crew were all excellent at sharing valuable and interesting information. All of which was presented in a good humorous style. They encouraged questions about their research and ocean and mammals. We then were incredibly lucky to see a Brydes whale for a good period of time. Highly recommend this tour, the time passed very quickly and we were very well looked after
We had the most fabulous day trip. Avon and Michaela we absolutely delightful, sharing their skills and knowledge, with some first class stories from their travels. Would definitely recommend to anyone who enjoys being on the water. Such a beautiful yacht, it was an absolute privilege to spend over 6 hours on such a vessel. Enjoy!
An amazing experience. The captain managed to get us see both dolphins and a whale, despite the bad visibility ar that time. This is a research boat and the money you spend are used for helping the marine ecosystem of the area. The crew makes sure that tour time is invested in learning things. Highly recommended!!
Experienced informative crew. Saw plenty of dolphins in their natural element at close quarters. No whales as e were told really wrong time of year so no 5 star. Wear sun hats, sun cream and watch out for the wash from bows when they dig in. Listen and learn from the crew.
