What people are saying about Norte Region

Our guide, Norberto, was very kind with explaining everything before the tour actually started, even though there is all the information written when placing the booking. The Auroca bridge can be easily walked in a few minutes, although the Walkways took around 3 hours for sure. It was a pretty smooth walk, except for the few stairs there are going up/down. Would definitely recommend going as it was very relaxing and we loved every minute of it. In addition, Norberto took us to a very nice restaurant and the food was delicious!

Really great once in a lifetime experience, with a lot of interesting information about the national park, animals and plants you can find in the park. If you have any chance of making this tour, you should definitely book it! Pedro and Rita are amazing, very nice and knowledgeable people who will assure you a great time. The lunch which is included was also very great! We could get a taste of the local food which was freshly made, even got a very nice bottle of the so called local „green vine“. 10 out of 10 totally worth it !

All correspondence with Getyourguide was spot on. Our guide Ricardo was on time to pick us up, very sympathetic and gave explanations in French and English for the entire duration of the trip (TOP!). The PAIVA walks are really fun to do and the 516m suspension bridge is the icing on the cake. We had good weather and had lunch together in a small but cosy restaurant. Highly recommended!!!

The guide Nuno Peixoto was very passionate and knew everything about Porto, wine and food. Where and what to eat, EVERYTHING! Very nice tour in general, amazing wine and meal. Again, super nice guide! (Worth mentioning, cause it’s the guide that makes the trip!)

Our guide Richardo was very friendly and knowledge about the national park and Porto. The kayak and hike was the perfect pace, he adjusted based on the group skill level. Food was fantastic! Overall a wonderful experience!
