Full description
Your adventure begins at Habitat Noosa as you travel to Lake Cootharaba, the start of the Noosa Everglades. The first stop of the day is Fig Tree Point where your canoe for the day awaits. Hop on board and paddle upstream in your classic Canadian style canoe through ancient landscape, mirrored waterways, and sub-tropical rainforest. After your ride from Fig Tree Point it's time to regain your energy with some morning tea snacks, prepared by your tour guide in the tranquil surrounds of historic Harry’s Hut. When you’re finished with morning tea, head down to the magnificent wonders of the Everglades, recognized as one of the most spectacular canoeing adventures in Australia. Enjoy a leisurely river cruise along the Everglades with your group and make a pit stop at a nearby swimming hole made up of tea-tree infused waters. As your canoe time draws to a close, head back to Habitat Noosa where a delicious roast lunch awaits you. Admire the stunning views of Lake Cootharaba as you eat with the group and bond over your canoeing experience.

Amazing day out in the Everglades, taking in and admiring the nature! Canoeing on the river with enough time to enjoy everything without feeling rushed, excellent swim in the refreshing water and a tasty afternoon lunch to end the day! Even saw a few kangaroos after lunch and catfish in the water right next to where we were swimming! David and Mick made the day fun and enjoyable!

I had an amazing day out the weather was perfect the views were spectacular and the tour guid and skipper were very friendly and knowledgeable. The tea break was wonderful, we were able to swim also. The canoe ride was so relaxing and I highly recommended doing both the cruise and canoe.
