From Noord: Lagoon Cruise with Kayaking and Lunch

Very fun. Great time, good food and drinks. Would do again.

I would highly recommend this boat excursion! The crew was awesome, it was a really nice boat, great open bar, and the lunch was delicious! We checked in at pelican pier and they bussed us to the marina in downtown Oranjestad. I actually loved that we started there because I didn’t see that part of Aruba yet. I think the boat is called a schooner, it’s a big wooden boat. Theres plenty of areas to lay in the sun but also plenty of covered areas to have shade if you want. They take you out as a group to go snorkeling and there are 2 kayaks for you to use. It was crazy windy and the current was super strong so they recommended only very experienced kayakers go out. I didn’t snorkel so I can’t comment on that. I’m not a strong swimmer so I didn’t want to fight the current. The lunch was grilled chicken, steak, and mahi skewers, veggie skewers, salad. There was also macaroni salad, and polenta pancakes (which I couldn’t eat). I have a gluten allergy and there was plenty for me to eat.
