This tour was my favorite thing we did in Muscat. It was a beautiful day out. Our guide Abdullah was knowledgeable and professional. He gave great insights into the places we visited and told us much more about Oman. The tour is value for money. It included a complimentary lunch and tea and water as it was extremely hot. We were fetched in a 4x4 as you cannot go up the Mountain other than in a 4x 4. We were comfortable all day. I previously did a similar tour in Oman and this one was far better. We explored more places than the previous one for same price. My experience overall is 10/10. A must do when visiting Oman.
Mohammed was an excellent host. The journey to the mountains was peppered with local facts as we passed through villages. The Jebel Sham was an incredible experience. As was the tour of Nizwa, it is clear he loves his country and especially his home town. Regardless of the time, we were able to wander at will and he was quick to add additional information wherever we were. It was a small group but he interacted well with all of us. Thoroughly recommend the trip and Mohammed. His zest for life was contagious.
The tour was enjoyable and very informative and was a combination of sightseeing, history, varied landscape, shopping and the lunch. Qais is a very knowledgeable guide. He provided us with lots of information on the history of the places that we visited and made the trip fun with all his stories! He is also very accommodating, punctual and gave us so many tips about Oman. Above all he is a good driver and made the ride to Jebel Akhdar a smooth one! I would highly recommend this tour with him.
We had a very nice day, our guide Almoqimi was very nice he showed us the old market and told all about the cities history, took us to the fort and for a delicious lunch 😊
