Overall rating
The entire trip was extremely well organized. We always had a contact person and were informed about transport updates via WhatsApp or were able to ask questions that were answered immediately. The ship, the rooms, the food, the activities and, above all, the crew on deck were great and worth every cent! I can only recommend the trip, a great and relaxed way to discover Halong Bay. Unfortunately, the bay was extremely dirty, with lots of plastic waste, etc. By booking, you are certainly part of the problem, but the organization and the trip are great and the categories asked about here can only be rated 5/5!
Our tour guide was Louisa, she was very articulate and very funny. We enjoyed spending time with her. The trip was well comunicated and very well organised, we had plenty of time to see everything. I can't say that anything needed improving and would definitely recommend this activity for anyone wanting an insight into local crafts.
We had a great day. We did everything that was on the itinerary and had a good time in every stop. The buffet lunch after the bike ride was delicious and a lot, we loved it. The weather today was perfect for the Trang An boat ride, amazing views!
Stuart was a very good guide and the driver also guided us well through the traffic and the bus was very comfortable. Lunch was also good for buffet food. The bike and boat tour lasted the perfect amount of time. Overall, highly recommended
Very much worth it - the boat trip through caves a special highlight. Our guide Hank was wonderful and gave great insights
