This trip was amazing! My boyfriend and I went & joined another group of 8. Our tour guide was D & driver was Kirk. They were both very friendly, welcoming & knowledgeable. Kirk got us there & back safely. When we were at 9 mile the tour guides were great, I love the art & seeing Bob Marley’s house and mausoleum. It was a life changing experience. This group also makes sure you have more than enough time to explore and take pictures. We also stopped for fresh fruit along the way. I definitely recommend this tour if you’re a big fan of Bob Marley. Or if you even want to see more of Jamaica! It was so cool driving up there, a bumpy ride but that was fine for us. 10/10 recommend.
Was a really good trip. Takes about 1.5-2hrs to get to 9 mile. The roads are quite bumpy but it’s bearable. The driver was telling us lots of facts on the way to 9 mile about things we were passing which was good. The tour guide at 9 mile was really good. If I had to pick a negative, the place we stopped for lunch wasn’t good at all and was quite late in the day, around 2pm. I was under the impression we were having food at 9 mile but wasn’t. Over priced chicken and fries that tasted a 2/10 and took about 30 mins to come out of the kitchen. That’s the only negative of the trip, other than that, was good overall.
This day will go down in my history books as one of the greatest! Iran was accommodating, organised and a fantastic communicator. The fact that he has vast local knowledge was an absolute blessing. I can not rate him high enough- as it will still seem inadequate. If I ever return to Jamaica again I WILL be booking him and his services again. Very professional, extremely friendly, great energy! We wish you and your family well Iran! RESPECT!
Amazing tour!! Very informative and interesting to see. Our guide Rambo was funny, kind and very helpful. There is a few stairs and some walking which was a worry for accessibility reasons, but the guide was really patient, helpful and made sure we were okay. Corey the transport driver was also kind and caring teaching us history on the drive and making sure we were okay. I 100% recommend!
