- Pickup service is provided from major hotels in the city area unless otherwise stated. Pickup begins either 30-45 minutes prior to the tour starting time, depending on your location. Please be ready in your hotel lobby 15 minutes before the arranged pickup time. You must contact the local partner by email to verify your exact pickup point at least 24 hours prior to your tour date. Guests who do not provide their pickup location information are required to make their own way to the tour coordination center at Furama Riverfront Hotel (405 Havelock Rd, Singapore 169633). Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the tour departure time.
