The best way to get to know Nice, the local culture and a local!

My family and I have been delighted with the visit and the explanations given by Samuel, a professional, entertaining and friendly guide. He attended us in perfect Spanish. Although we were his last clients, already in the afternoon and after he had had two more strenuous visits, we made the tour very calm and relaxed. We were in no rush to finish. We had already been in Nice for 3 days, we had already seen part of the city and walked through the old town and perhaps these types of excursions are for the first day. So we thought at first, but we were wrong. Samuel revealed to us the history and current reality of the city. It is a visit that I highly recommend. Finally we didn't try the socca, a typical rice flour cake, because of the long queue at René Socca (sic!), but luckily we ended up having dinner with Samuel at Cours Saleya, Flower Market. Perfect gold brooch. Salutations, Samuel! Thank you beaucoup!

Old town tour with Sam

Our tour started off a little rocky since our tour guide did not realize he had our appointment that morning. What started off shaky became a very nice day walking around with our guide Sam. He took his time, was not in a rush, and really explain the old town to us. His view was from a history and personal standpoint, since he actually lived inside the old town. My wife and i enjoyed the walking tour very much, and actually went back into the old town later that night to have dinner at a restaurant Sam recommended and have the specialty food of Nice.

A must do once you arrive st Nice

This was the first tour i took of the city and it was worth it. I got to explore and become more familiar with the city that i was able to enjoy the rest of my trip, having learned my surroundings. My guide was very friendly and extremely knowledgable. The small tour environment was nice as he really was attentive. Show us where Matisse lived and other little information that was fun to learn. I also took the panoramic tour by this group using eletric bikes. Another tour definitely worth checking. I had to reschedule my tour time last minute to another date and they allowed me to change dates without any additional fee.
