It was our first time doing a winery tour and this tour did not disappoint. It was a great overall experience. Konzelman winery stood out with the famous peach wine and beautiful family story. Pilliteri's had some great ice wines and we got to see the famous 42 ft. Long concrete table. Inniskilin was a little busier but a beautiful property. We weren't informed much about the history of the winery but we got to enjoy the wine outside on the picnic benches and just relax. Their Vidal ice wine was delicious!

We were part of the group that was involved in the accident on Saturday, October 22. Our driver, David, was amazing in his efforts to make sure we were safe. His actions resulted in our not having any threatening injuries. After the incident, the owners of the Between the Lines winery were amazing. They stepped up and made sure we were OK and offered their winery while we waited for another tour bus. They offered us food and many servings of their incredible wine. Our new driver, Richard, went out of his way to make sure we were happy with our other tasting sessions. Can't say enough about how well we were treated and taken care of by your staff. From a situation that could have been traumatic, we came out with 6 new amazing friends. Based on our situation, our experience did end up being very memorable.

Great tour location, all three wineries were unique and interesting. The first stop was cut short, partly due to a delayed pick up. Then we were rushing the rest of the day. Wine tasting at the end of the first tour was more like doing shots. Nirvana our guide did her very best to get all the info covered and everyone sampling. The next two vineyard stops were not as lengthy but still rushed with barely anytime to make purchases. Lunch break was a mad dash, find a place to eat, scarf it down and hurry back to the shuttle. Our driver Ivan was but cleary frazzled trying to wrangle all the passengers back to the bus on time.
